abstract Provided is a method for preparing a nano-particle reinforced composite material by multi-dimensional vibration-assisted synthesis, comprising the following steps: (1) preheating and drying a reaction salt, and melting metal melt to a synthesis temperature; (2) adding the reaction salt to the metal melt for in-situ reaction synthesis; (3) starting vibration and applying multi-dimensional vibration to the melt, so that the in-situ reaction synthesis process is performed under multi-dimensional vibration; (4) when the reaction is completed, stopping vibration, and starting casting. Multi-dimensional high-frequency low-amplitude vibration is applied to the melt in the melt reaction synthesis process of an in-situ particle reinforced composite material, promoting the melt reaction synthesis, and producing significant effects of promoting particle dispersion, avoiding clusters, and promoting slag-metal separation.
