abstract | Disclosed is a microbubble photobioreactor (1) for economic microalgae cultivation. The microbubble photobioreactor comprises a photobioreactor body (5) having a pre-determined volume, a controllable particle size microbubble generation device (2), a flow guiding device (3) and an LED variable wave and frequency illumination system (7). The controllable particle size microbubble generation device (2) is arranged at the bottom of the photobioreactor body (5), and is used for providing a carbon mass transfer and cyclic power required for economic microalgae cultivation and resolving dissolved oxygen; the flow guiding device (3) is hung inside the photobioreactor body (5) and is used for facilitating liquid circulation and a microbubble mass transfer; and the LED variable wave and frequency illumination system (7) is arranged outside or inside the photobioreactor body (5), and is used for providing the optimal growth wavelength and a light-dark frequency for economic microalgae according to specific economic microalgae requirements. The microbubble photobioreactor (1) is simple in structure and easy to operate, and can be widely used in economic microalgae cultivation. |
