The present invention addresses the problem of providing a kit, a method, and a reagent that, in measurement of progesterone in a biological sample , are capable of preventing the problem of false positives caused by nonspecific adsorption, preventing an increase in produced noise, and accurately measuring progesterone across a broad concentration range extending from low to high concentrations. The progesterone measurement kit according to the present invention includes: first particles which are modified with a first binding substance and have a marker; second particles which are modified with a second binding substance but do not have a marker; a channel; and a substrate, wherein the first particles each comprise a particle and a compound represented by formula (1) and have an average particle diameter of 50-250 nm, the second particles have an average particle diameter of 70-500 nm, and the average diameter of the second particles is larger than that of the first particles (the symbols in formula (1) are as described in the description of the present application). |
