abstract |
Provided are: a fluorine rubber composition which is capable of improving the crack growth resistance at high temperatures; and a crosslinked fluorine rubber product which is obtained by crosslinking this fluorine rubber composition. A fluorine rubber composition which contains, per 100 parts by mass of a peroxide-crosslinkable fluorine rubber (A), 10-60 parts by mass of a carbon black (B) and 0.1-10 parts by mass of a peroxide-based crosslinking agent (C), and wherein the carbon black (B) has a number of foreign substances of 30 pieces/mm2 or less as measured under the measurement conditions described below. Measurement conditions: A dispersion liquid in which the carbon black (B) is dispersed in ethanol and contains the carbon black (B) at 0.1% by mass is collected in an amount of 1 ml; the collected dispersion liquid is subjected to filtration under reduced pressure; and the residue of the carbon black (B) trapped on the filter surface is observed with a scanning electron microscope so as to measure the number of foreign substances that have an aspect ratio of 1.1 or less and a Heywood diameter of 5 μm or more. |
