Provided is a one-pot method for preparing twin dicarboxylic acid diamine complex platinum (II) derivatives, the method does not comprise the separation of intermediate carboplatin or carboplatin analogue. Compared with the prior art, according to the method, after the carboplatin or the carboplatin analogue are formed by reaction, no processing is needed to obtain purified carboplatin or carboplatin analogue product, and the carboplatin or carboplatin analogue can directly reacts with dicarboxylic acid to obtain twin dicarboxylic acid diamine complex platinum (II) derivatives. The whole process only requires a process of distillation and dehydration once, the overall energy consumption is low, and the production cycle is short, with a single batch production cycle can be controlled within 2 days. Water alone is used as a solvent, which is environmentally friendly and produces less amount of liquid waste. The obtained product has high purity and does not require further purification, and the product quality is stable. |
