titleOfInvention | Structural arrangement for a thermal chamber for manufacturing home-made yogurt |
abstract | Structural arrangement for a thermal chamber for selectively manufacturing home-made yogurt of natural type and of Greek type, said thermal chamber comprising an external receptacle (casing) (1) provided with its respective hermetic lid (2), said casing incorporating an internal perimeter sill (3) close to the upper edge thereof, wherein an internal receptacle (4) and/or a filtering receptacle (6) is selectively accommodated and coaxially supported; the internal receptacle (4) having smaller dimensions than the casing (1), defining therebetween a free perimeter space that forms an air chamber (5) that acts as thermal insulation for the thermal chamber (1, 2); the fact that the filtering receptacle (6) has slightly smaller dimensions than the internal receptacle (4) also allows the close-fitting accommodation thereof in the internal receptacle (4), but the filtering receptacle (6) is shallower than this internal receptacle (4) and thereby defines a collection space (7) between the bottom walls of these latter; the bottom wall of the filtering receptacle (6) has a woven surface (6a) through which drains the liquid (whey) generated during processing of the volume of milk held inside the thus defined thermal chamber. |
