abstract | This method is for reutilization of waste water containing a metal component that is generated in a phase separation process of causing phase separation by mixing an alkaline aqueous solution with a polymer solution obtained by a polymerization reaction using a homogeneous catalyst containing the metal component, the method comprising: a precipitation step for precipitating a precipitate containing the metal component contained in the waste water by performing pH adjustment on the waste water generated by the phase separation, to obtain an aqueous dispersion in which the precipitate is dispersed; a centrifugation step for separating the precipitate by performing a centrifugal operation on the aqueous dispersion in which the precipitate is dispersed; and a reutilization step for reutilizing the separation liquid obtained by the centrifugal operation in order to prepare an alkaline aqueous solution that is to be used in the phase separation step. |
