abstract |
The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to methods for producing and manufacturing therapeutic preparations and separating and purifying recombinant proteins. An industrial method is disclosed for producing a biologically active preparation of recombinant exo-beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase StrH (β-N-GlcNAcase StrH), produced in accordance with GMP regulations and suitable for use at the remodeling stage in the production of therapeutically functional preparations of glycoproteins with specific properties, as well as for the development of instruments for the highly sensitive analysis of glycan chains of glycoproteins of plant and animal tissues and eukaryotic microorganisms. |
