A yeast genome editing vector, a construction method therefor and an application thereof: a guide RNA (gRNA) coding plasmid P is used as a starting vector, 34-bp LoxP sequences of the same direction are introduced at two ends of a replication origin point Ori of the vector, and a Cre recombinase gene expression cassette is introduced to a backbone position of the plasmid P, thus the yeast genome editing vector is obtained. An application of the vector in gene editing that uses CRISPR/Cas9 as a medium, which enables multiple rounds of editing to be carried out on the Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome. |
