A battery packaging material configured from a layered body provided, in this order, with at least a substrate layer, an adhesive layer, a barrier layer, and a heat-sealing resin layer, wherein a thermomechanical analysis for measuring probe displacement reveals that the temperature at which probe displacement reaches a maximum amount is 190-230°C, inclusive, when the probe is positioned on the adhesive layer surface in a cross-section of the layered body, the deflection setting value of the probe when starting measurement is -4V, and the probe is heated from 40°C to 350°C under temperature increase rate conditions of 5°C/minute. |
