abstract Provided are a photosensitive body for electrophotography, a manufacturing method for the same, and an electrophotographic device that are for preventing: the occurrence of ghost images in low-temperature, low-humidity and high-temperature, high-humidity environments; the occurrence of black dots resulting from leaking in high-temperature, high-humidity environments; and solid density unevenness resulting from post-transfer electric-potential entry. The present invention includes: a conductive base 1 made from aluminum, an anodic oxide film 2 provided on the conductive base, an intermediate layer 3 provided on the anodic oxide film, and a charge transport layer 4-1 and charge generation layer 4-2 that are laminated on the intermediate layer in the listed order from the conductive base side. The charge transport layer includes a charge transport material and resin binder. The charge generation layer includes a charge generation material, a hole transport material, an electron transport material, and a resin binder. The film thickness of the anodic oxide film is between 2 μm and 10 μm, inclusive. The intermediate layer includes a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin. The film thickness of the intermediate layer is between 0.02 μm and 0.3 μm, inclusive.
