titleOfInvention Systems and methods for coupling a wearable therapy system to a dressing
abstract Provided herein is a system and method for coupling a wearable therapy system to a dressing and detaching the wearable therapy system from the dressing. One aspect provides a system including a drape with a switchable adhesive layer and a therapy system adhered to the drape via the switchable adhesive layer. The therapy system includes one or more radiation sources that can emit radiation wavelengths (e.g., light or electromagnetic waves) to impinge upon the adhesive and deactivate the adhesive when it is desired to remove the therapy system from the drape.
