abstract | An over-fill prevention device for horizontal low temperature containers, comprising a reserved cylindrical section (1), a small sealing cap (2), a flow-guide tube (4), an inner rear sealing cap (5) and a gas cylinder liner (8); the two ends of the reserved cylindrical section are provided with openings, the small sealing cap is welded at one end of the reserved cylindrical section, and the other end of the reserved cylindrical section is welded and fixed to the inner rear sealing cap of the gas cylinder liner; the reserved cylindrical section, the small sealing cap and the inner rear sealing cap are welded and combined to form a reserved cavity; the bottom of the reserved cylindrical section is fixed with the flow-guide tube that is inserted into the inside of the reserved cylindrical section, and the other end of the flow-guide tube leads to the top of the gas cylinder liner; the inner front sealing cap of the gas cylinder liner is provided with a liquid inlet tube (9). The filling device utilizes the reserved cavity to effectively prevent the threat caused by over-fill, and ensures the safe usage of the horizontal low temperature container. |
