titleOfInvention Novel use of rapid immunoassay system in surgery
abstract A novel use of a rapid immunoassay system in surgery to identify the presence or absence of cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer by detecting the level of thyroglobulin. The specific steps are: a. puncturing the lymph node tissue in the thyroid region; b. preparing an eluent of punctured tissue; c. performing direct TG quantitative detection of the prepared eluent by means of the rapid immunoassay system; and d. determining whether the regional lymph node has thyroid cancer metastasis according to the TG detection result.
