Provided are a culture device and a cell culture method using the culture device. The culture device comprises: a temperature sensitive layer (106) and a luminescence emitting structure (108). The luminescence emitting structure (108) is connected to and overlaps with the temperature sensitive layer (106), and is configured to emit luminescence that passes through the temperature sensitive layer (106). As such, the adverse effects of the heat which a light source dissipates on the growth of a cell membrane may be effectively reduced. |
