titleOfInvention Automated analysis device and analysis method
abstract This automated analysis device is provided with a pre-processing unit 101 which performs pre-processing of a specimen, a separating unit 111 which performs LC separation of the specimen that has been pre-processed by the pre-processing unit 101, a detecting unit 112 which analyzes the specimen that has been subjected to LC separation by the separating unit 111, and a control unit 113 which controls the pre-processing unit 101, the separating unit 111 and the detecting unit 112, wherein the control unit 113 controls the execution, in one reaction vessel 106 for one specimen, of an elution process employing a solvent to elute a measuring target component of the specimen that has been caused to attach to a functional group of magnetic beads 503 used when refining the specimen, and a deactivation process to deactivate the functional group of the magnetic beads 503 after the elution process. This makes it possible to improve the recovery rate of a substance to be measured, and at the same time to improve the operating efficiency of the device and reduce the size of the device.
