abstract Disclosed are a curable resin composition of a cured product, wherein same not only has an excellent heat resistance but also has excellent bending and buckling properties, a dry film, a cured product, and a printed circuit board. The curable resin composition comprises: (A) a carboxyl-group-containing resin; (B) a photopolymerization initiator; and (C) a compound containing an ethylenically unsaturated group having no less than 5 alkylene oxide backbones. The (A) component comprises (A1), a carboxyl-group-containing photosensitive resin formed by reacting an epoxy resin with a carboxylic acid having an ethylenically unsaturated group, reacting the resulting hydroxy with an anhydride, and then subjecting the thus-formed carboxyl-group-containing resin to the addition of a compound having glycidyl and an ethylenically unsaturated group; and (A2), a carboxyl-group-containing photosensitive resin formed by reacting an epoxy resin with a carboxylic acid having an ethylenically unsaturated group, and then reacting the resulting hydroxy with an anhydride.
