abstract |
The present application relates to a method for extracting a coenzyme Q10 and phospholipids from a coenzyme Q10 fermentation bacterial powder. The method is characterized in that a mixed solvent having a three-dimensional Hansen solubility parameter between 21-23(J/cm 3 ) 1/2 and a hydrogen bond contribution between 10-12(J/cm 3 ) 1/2 is used to extract a fermentation bacterial powder of a coenzyme Q10 producing strain. The present invention may efficiently extract the two products of a coenzyme Q10 and phospholipids from a coenzyme Q10 fermentation bacterial powder, the process having high operability, being easy for industrialized production, the product having high purity and a high yield, and the economic benefits being good. |
