A photochromic mixture, a method for fabricating a photochromic instrument on the basis of the photochromic mixture, and a light transmission head-mounted display device having the photochromic instrument. The photochromic mixture comprises a photochromic material that is uniformly dissolved and mixed by using a solvent and a thermally cured transparent polymer material. The photochromic mixture uses the feature wherein the changes in the structure of the photochromic material under ultraviolet light and ambient light cause the absorption spectrum thereof to experience obvious changes thereby changing color; thus, during use: first, the contrast of the head-mounted display device under strong light may be improved, and the display effect may be improved; second, the damage of natural environment ultraviolet light on the human eye may be reduced; third, the energy consumption of an autonomous light-emitting component in the light-transmitting head-mounted display device may be correspondingly reduced under the same optical requirement, saving more energy and being more environmentally friendly. |
