The present invention relates to a combined ligand, as well as a combined biomimetic chromatography medium, a preparation method therefor, and application thereof. Regarding the combined biomimetic chromatography medium, a hydrophilic porous microsphere is taken as a chromatography medium, activation is performed using allyl bromide, bromination alcoholization is performed using N-bromosuccinimide, and then coupling is performed with the combined ligand. A sequence of the combined ligand is phenylalanine-tyrosine-glutamine-5-aminobenzimidazole. The combined biomimetic chromatography medium has two functional groups, i.e., phenylalanine-tyrosine-glutamine tripeptide and aminobenzimidazole, at the same time. In the retention of the high selectivity of a polypeptide ligand to an antibody, the introduction of a hydrophobic charge induction ligand makes an elution condition milder and enables efficient antibody isolation. |
