abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide, inter alia, a food composition that is derived from Pholiota adiposa and has a novel functionality. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide, inter alia, a food composition that is derived from Pholiota adiposa and has α-glucodase inhibitory activity. This food composition, etc., provides a new application on the basis of a novel attribute of Pholiota adiposa discovered by the inventors of the present application.
