In order to overcome the problem of great passivation film impedance and high-low temperature performance difference found in an existing lithium-ion battery, provided in the present invention is a non-aqueous electrolyte, comprising an organic solvent, a lithium salt, and a phosphate compound, the phosphate compound being: PO(OR1)(OR2)(OR3), where R1, R2, and R3 respectively are selected independently from an alkyl of 1-5 carbon atoms, a fluoroalkyl of 1-5 carbon atoms, an aryl, a fluoroaryl, an unsaturated hydrocarbyl, and -Si(CmH2m+1) 3, where m is a natural number between 1-3, at least one of R1, R2, and R3 is the unsaturated hydrocarbyl, and at least one of R1, R2, R3 is the -Si(CmH2m+1)3 group. At the same time, also disclosed is a lithium-ion battery comprising the non-aqueous electrolyte. The non-aqueous electrolyte provided in the present invention favors increased high-temperature cycle performance and low-temperature storage performance of the lithium-ion battery. |
