titleOfInvention | Cmklr1 antagonist polypeptides and derivatives and applications thereof |
abstract | Disclosed in the present invention are CMKLR1 antagonist polypeptides (SEQ ID No: 1-17) and derivatives and applications thereof. The derivatives of the polypeptides are products obtained by conventional modification on amino acid side chain groups of the CMKLR1 antagonist polypeptides and on amino terminals or carboxy terminals of CMKLR1 antagonist polypeptide fragments, or products obtained by attaching, to the CMKLR1 antagonist polypeptides, tags for detection or purification of polypeptides or proteins. The polypeptides and the derivatives of the polypeptides can bind to CMKLR1 in vitro, and by blocking the binding of chemerin to CMKLR1, can promote the increase of cAMP concentration, inhibit calcium influx caused by chemeri and inhibit chemotaxis induced by chemerin, and can inhibit the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells, block the cell cycle of ovarian cancer cells and promote apoptosis in ovarian cancer cells. |
