titleOfInvention | Preparation method for helicobacter pylori lipopolysaccharide outer core octasaccharide |
abstract | A preparation method for a Helicobacter pylori lipopolysaccharide outer core octasaccharide, related to the field of carbohydrate chemistry. The structure of helicobacter pylori lipopolysaccharide outer core octasaccharide is α-D-Glc-(1-3)-α-D-Glc-(1-4)-β-D-Gal-(1-7)-D-α-D-Hep[α-D-Glc-(1-6)-α-D-Glc-(1-6)-α-D-Glc-(1-2)-D-α-D-Hep]-Linker. The structure is constituted by three monosaccharides, namely glucose, galactose, and heptose. The structure comprises five glucose α glycosidic bonds, one galactose β glycosidic bond, and two heptose α glycosidic bonds. The preparation method utilizes the effect of remote neighboring group participation, the effect of a solvent, the effect of temperature, an additive, and the synergistic effect of a departing group in the preparation of the core octasaccharide. The reducing end of the octasaccharide can also be connected to a connecting arm for use in connecting with a protein to produce a glycoconjugate, for use in immunology research. |
