Provided are: a rubber composition for tires which has crack resistance and tear resistance as well as exhibiting excellent fuel efficiency and comprises (A) a rubber component that includes synthetic isoprene with a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 800,000 or more, a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 2.5 or less, and a cis-1,4-bond content of 96% or higher, (B) carbon black, and (C) a specific carbon black dispersant; and a tire using the same. |
