The present invention provides: a trilayer-structure capsule wherein a protective layer is prevented from cracking during the manufacturing thereof in order to solve the problem of cracking during manufacturing and during low-temperature storage; and a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention pertains to: a trilayer-structure capsule that has, concentrically disposed therein, a content in which a base compound is dispersed or dissolved in an oily substance, a protective layer which covers the content and which comprises processed edible fat and oil, and a film which is formed on the outer side of the protective layer and which is composed of a natural macromolecule; and a manufacturing method therefor. |
