Compositions in the form of an injectable aqueous solution comprising amylin, an amylin receptor agonist or an amylin analog and a copolyamino acid |
abstract |
The invention relates to a composition in the form of an injectable aqueous solution having a pH of between 6.0 and 8.0 and comprising at least: • a) amylin, an amylin receptor agonist or an amylin analog; • b) a co-polyamino acid bearing carboxylate charges and hydrophobic radicals Hy. Also disclosed is a composition comprising no basal insulin having an isoelectric point pi between 5.8 and 8.5. The invention further relates to a composition characterized in that it further comprises a prandial insulin. |
