titleOfInvention | Dry animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material and preparation method therefor |
abstract | A dry animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning an animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material treated by means of a cross-linking agent; sequentially immersing the cleaned tissue material in aqueous solutions of a short-chain fatty alcohol and a polysaccharide or aqueous solutions of a short-chain fatty alcohol and a polyol, the concentrations of the aqueous solutions gradiently changing; removing the solution on the surface of the immersed tissue material, placing the tissue material in a vacuum drier, reducing a vacuum degree gradiently, and gradually removing the moisture and short-chain fatty alcohol in the tissue material; taking out the tissue material, sealedly packaging and then sterilizing same, so as to obtain the dry animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material. The dry animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material has good flexibility, does not curl easily, and has certain tensile strength; the dry animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material is free of residue of a toxic reagent, and the tissue calcification risk is reduced; the dry animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material has good rehydration performance. |
