abstract |
This analysis method for quantifying urea in a sample solution has: a pretreatment step for pretreating the sample solution by at least one among a membrane device having a reverse osmosis membrane and an ion exchange device having an ion exchanger; and an analysis step for analyzing a target substance in the sample solution that has been pretreated. The analysis step is based on flow injection analysis (FIA), for example, and has a step for quantifying a target substance by measuring the absorbance of liquid including a reaction product of the target substance and a reagent. |
