The present invention provides a preparation method for a phenolic resin foam material. The method comprises: activated lignin prepared by means of microbial fermentation is reacted with phenol to partially replace phenol; a hyperbranched polyester is used as a medium, porous material quartz powder loaded with negative ion powder and lignin are used to replace phenol and to react with formaldehyde to obtain phenolic resin; the phenolic resin together with a foaming agent, a surfactant and an acid catalyst are placed in a mold to be foamed to obtain the phenolic resin foam material. The phenolic resin foam material, prepared according to the present invention, has high wear resistance, good compressive strength and flexibility, and strong fire-resistant and flame-retardant performance; meanwhile, the foam material releases little amount of harmful substance formaldehyde, can release negative oxygen ions after contacting with air, has good air purification capability, and is an environment-friendly high polymer material; thus, the foam material has excellent development potential. |
