abstract Provided is a method for preparing a furfural-modified lignin-based phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive, which is obtained by partially replacing phenol by means of reacting activated lignin prepared by using microbial fermentation with phenol, using hyperbranched polyester as a medium, and using negative ion powder, which is loaded with a porous material of quartz powder, and the lignin-substituted phenol to react with formaldehyde. The phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive prepared by the method has high anti-wear performance, a fast curing rate, and high bonding strength, while releasing low amounts of the harmful substance of formaldehyde, being capable of releasing negative oxygen ions when in contact with air, thus having good air purification capabilities; the adhesive is an environmentally friendly polymer material, and has excellent development potential.
