titleOfInvention | Solid dispersion of dutasteride, method for producing same, and pharmaceutical composition comprising same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a solid dispersion of dutasteride for improving the solubility or dissolution of dutasteride which is a poorly soluble drug, a method for producing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. More specifically, the solid dispersion of dutasteride comprises: a co-precipitate including dutasteride and a water-soluble polymeric carrier; and an adsorbent, wherein the co-precipitate contains of the dutasteride to the water-soluble polymer carrier in the ratio of 1:10-100 % by weight. The present invention exhibits a dissolution rate equal to or higher than that of an AvodartĀ® soft capsule, and at the same time, exhibits excellent storage stability by further minimizing the generation of a flexible substance as compared to the same. |
