Provided is a thermoformable ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer composition that exhibits an excellent discoloration-suppressing effect and comprises (A) an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer that has two or more ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymers having different ethylene structural unit contents and (B) a sorbic acid ester, the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer composition being characterized in that the content of the (B) sorbic acid ester is 0.00001 to 10 ppm with reference to the weight of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer composition. |
