abstract | An NBR composition having added thereto 20–100 parts by weight heavy calcium carbonate, per 100 parts by weight NBR or hydrogenated NBR. If blistering occurs in a vulcanized rubber molded product such as a cylinder head gasket and if the rubber at the blistered location separates and enters the cooling system, the cooling system, etc., may become clogged and engine malfunction may occur. In products that have blistered, all cooling paths are peeled off using a water jet. However a vulcanized product obtained using this NBR composition improves blistering resistance without losing wear resistance. |
