The invention relates to a motorised assistance system comprising a tibial orthosis including: a tibia brace (1) that covers the user's shin; an ankle brace (2) articulated with a plantar brace (3) at the axis of the ankle; and a processor (6). The tibia brace (1) can comprise a mounting (5) for a motorised winch (7) to which a belt (8) is attached, the free end thereof being secured to the foot, such that the winch (7) takes up the belt (8) when a foot position sensor indicates that the foot is not on the ground. Alternatively, the system can comprise a femur orthosis with respective femur actuators (11, 12) that take up or release respective belts in parallel, one joined to a harness or belt (13) and the other to the tibia brace (1). The system can additionally or alternatively comprise a hip orthosis. |
