abstract A glass/ceramic container, comprising a glass/ceramic container body and a silicone protection material covering the outer surface of the glass/ceramic container body. The silicone protection material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of methyl vinyl addition type liquid silicone; 1-15 parts of adhesive; and 0-10 parts of soft-feel coating for silicone products. The adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of hydroxy silicone oil; 30-40 parts of methyl silicone oil; 5-10 parts of calcium carbonate; 1-3 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate; and 0.1-0.5 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil. A silicone protection material having a strong force covers the outer surface of the glass/ceramic container, and is not easy to fall off; thus, the problems that usually occur during use of conventional glass/ceramic containers, such as being easy to slip, easily burning the hands, being easy to break, and the fragments scattering everywhere, are effectively resolved. Moreover, the glass/ceramic container is easy to process and can be widely used.
