abstract A device for detection determination that: is used in a detection determination method comprising a determination step in which, when detecting an inspection target in a sample by amplifying the inspection target and an amplifiable reagent, when the amplifiable reagent is amplified and the detection target is amplified, the inspection target is determined as being present and the inspection result is determined as being positive, and when the amplifiable reagent is amplified but the inspection target is not amplified, the inspection target is determined as not being present or there is less than a specific number of copies of at least the amplifiable reagent, and the detection result is determined as being negative; and has at least one well, and there is a specific number of copies of the amplifiable reagent in the at least one well.
