abstract |
According to a further aspect a method to operate a road-side network node in a cell-supported radio communications network and in an adhoc radio communications network is provided. The method comprises: discovering (1202) at least one further road-side network node in the vicinity of the road-side network node as a gateway node, wherein the at least one further road-side node has the capability to exchange data across the cell-supported radio communications network and the adhoc radio communications network; and exchanging (1204) data across the cell-supported radio communications network and the adhoc radio communications network in dependence on the discovered at least one further road-side network node. |
