abstract |
The present invention relates to a skin moisturizing composition containing a phloroglucinol or a salt thereof as an active ingredient. The phloroglucinol according to the present invention suppresses transepidermal water loss in skin damaged by ultraviolet irradiation and increases the mRNA expression of factors related to moisturization, thus improving skin barrier damage caused by ultraviolet irradiation, and thus was found to have a skin moisturizing effect. |
