The present invention relates to a secondary battery with a structure in which an electrode assembly is received in a battery case together with an electrolyte, the battery case having a space for receiving the electrode assembly and being formed of a thermoplastic resin that can be injection molded. When using the secondary battery including the battery case which has the space capable of receiving the electrode assembly and the electrolyte and is formed of the thermoplastic resin that can be injection molded, the present invention can solve the problem of low moldability of conventional laminate sheets including a metal layer, by forming an injection mold to have a size corresponding to the thickness of the electrode assembly. In addition, as it is possible to skip a molding process of a laminate sheet and a sealing process of a battery case using a pressure member which are inevitably required when using the conventional laminate sheets, manufacturing processes are simplified and productivity can be enhanced. |
