abstract This distracted driving suppression system is provided with: an external imaging unit (23); a driver imaging unit (24); a living-body sensor (25); a stimulation providing unit (26); a vehicle travel control unit (20); a control device (10) that controls the foregoing elements; and a communication apparatus (34) that can be connected to the control device via a communication line network (32) and is equipped by a watcher. The watcher is a person previously registered by a driver. The control device determines whether driver information that includes information acquired from any of the external imaging unit, the driver imaging unit, the living-body sensor, and the travel control unit matches conditions for notifying the watcher, which are conditions for sending the driver information to the communication apparatus of the watcher. If the information acquired from the living-body sensor matches the previously set conditions for notifying the watcher, the driver information is sent to the watcher and stimulation is provided to the driver by the stimulation providing unit through an operation from the communication apparatus of the watcher.
