The present invention relates to novel polypeptide conjugates. The polypeptide conjugates described in the description include a stapled peptide comprising a peptide and at least one staple that holds the peptide in an α-helical confirmation, and a cyclic cell penetration peptide (cCPP) conjugated, directly or indirectly, to the stapled peptide. The present invention demonstrates that cCPPs can be used to confer constant cell permeability to stapled peptides. |
