The present invention relates to contact lenses that have an ion impermeable portion and an ion permeable portion that are capable of moving on the eye without binding to the eye. The contact lenses have an average ion transmission factor of at least 1.34x10 -4 mm / min. One or more electronic components may be included in the contact lenses. The invention also relates to methods of manufacturing contact lenses. |
