abstract The present invention relates to a biological activity method for the release of an antibody drug based on electrochemiluminescence technology, the method for detecting the biological activity of a test antibody using electrochemiluminescence. (Cell binding method), and for calculating biological activity using a four parameter adjustment of the concentration and intensity of electrochemiluminescence of the test antibody. As confirmed by the methodology, the method can be used in detecting release of the antibody drug. The antibody drug and the test antibody comprise an anti-PD-1 antibody or an anti-PD-L1 antibody.
