abstract The invention discloses a preparation process of oral administration of Sanqi medicinal liquor for treating rheumatism and bone pain, wherein the process mainly comprises enzymatic hydrolysis, gel column filtration, soaking, percolating and clarifying steps; using different concentrations of white liquor as a solvent, the transfer rate of each medicinal ingredient is reached. 90~98%; the finished product has clear medicinal ingredients and stable content, which can inhibit the delayed hypersensitivity induced by DNCB in mice, and alleviate granuloma and tissue swelling in rats.
