abstract The invention relates to a method for removing hydrogen sulfide ions (HS - ) from a liquor (300) of a pulp manufacturing process, the process comprising pumping the liquor (300) to an injector system (710) with a pump system (720) so that the pumping of the liquor (300) by a jet nozzle (115) produces a suction at an inlet of gas (130), whereby a reactive gas (310) is mixed with the liquor (300), and the treated liquor (300) of the injector system (710) is discharged to a container (200). Thus, the liquor (300) is treated to form an at least partially treated liquor (300). The invention also relates to a corresponding use of an injector system. In addition, the invention relates to a device for implementing the method.
