abstract It comprises a supporting structure (2) formed by several pieces, a splint (1), upper tapes (14) and lower tapes (15). The splint (1) comprises a joining system (5) which is configured to join two main parts (3, 4). The joining system (5) comprises anchoring elements (6) and holes (7, 8) located in lateral parts (9,10) faced of the two main pieces. The union of the main pieces comprises the anchoring elements (6) that are introduced through pairs of the holes (7, 8) of the two main pieces (3, 4) of the ferule (1) when said pairs of holes (7, 8) are facing each other with the superposition of the lateral parts (9, 10) of the two main pieces. The union system allows to regulate the length of the splint.
