The present invention relates to a compound of formula III or an ester, amide, solvate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a salt of such an ester or amide or a solvate of such an ester, amide, or salt: III, wherein the definitions of R1 to R12 and L1 to L4 are as defined in the description, R13 being a chelating group comprising 177Lu, and R14 being a peptide. The compounds of formula I may be covalently linked to a peptide via a linker to provide a compound of formula III and thereby prolong the half-life of the therapeutic compound. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions of compounds according to the invention, as well as their use in the diagnosis or treatment of diseases. |
