abstract |
A healthcare information management system and related methods are disclosed. The platform includes instructions for: uploading patient data to the health care management platform for storage in at least one or more databases; extract health indicators from patient data by converting patient data into a format suitable for retrieval; retrieve additional patient data from at least one or more databases; applying the extracted health indicators as input to a rule-based engine to identify the presence of a medical condition by comparing the extracted health indicators with the predetermined threshold indicators; apply the extracted health indicators and additional patient data as input to a predictive modeling engine to determine the likelihood of associated complications or to develop other associated medical conditions, and then generate a custom report containing a diagnosis or a recommendation based on the rule-based engine and predictive modeling engine outputs. |
