abstract |
The present invention relates to a green molding material which leads to a final product mold having excellent bendability, so as to facilitate recycling of the recovered sand from a post-mold mold, and is not susceptible to cause odor problems. The green molding material is obtained by forming a solid coating layer containing an organic compound on the surface of molding sand, and then coating the molding sand, on which the coating layer has been formed, with a binder composition liquid which contains an inorganic binder soluble in water. |
